We will work with your Board of Education to determine your expectations and timeline for your superintendent search. We will provide salary comparisons from similar and regional districts. Once the application deadline has passed we will work with your Board as you narrow down the field of candidates to your top candidates. We will then set up first-round interviews at your convenience and subsequently final interviews and selection of your candidate.
