● In our Northwoods YA Consortium, the highest participation is in the Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources career pathway - with 29 apprentices. The average pay for those students is $13.00!
● The highest paying pathway is STEM, where one student is averaging $17.00 per hour!
● There are 83 distinct occupational pathways in 16 major industry program areas. The average pay in all of these pathways is $13.74.
